Staffing Number Guidelines: Call for Rates

100-150 Guest: 1 bartender is recommended/2-3 waitstaff

150-200 Guest: 2 bartenders is recommended/3-4 waitstaff

200-250 Guest: 3 bartenders is recommended/4-5 waitstaff

Bartenders:

Professional bartender capable of mixing all basic cocktail as well as your requested specilties.

TABC Certified

Attire is black pants/skirt, white or black blouse or dress shirt, black closed-toe shoes. Unless requested different by client.

Prepared with mobile bar kits

Professional look, attitude and service at all times.

Wait Staff:

General party server for food and beverage service, tray pass and providing general assistance at any event.

TABC Certified

Attire is black pants/skirt, black blouse or dress shirt, black closed-toe shoes. Unless requested different by client.

Professional look, attitude and service at all times.

Security:

Attire is black pants, black shirt and black shoes. Unless requested different by client.

They stay in the background, allowing guest to feel safe but with out feeling watched.

Professional at all times. All security have had Conflict Training.

Event Crew:

Crew will come and set up and break down tables, chairs, tents, or anything else that you may need on the day of your event. 

Cleaning Crew:

Cleaning Crew comes after the event is completely over. They do not have interaction with guest.

Dee-Jays:

Spinning the oldies but goodies to the lastest in pop, r&b, country. Rates start at $75.00 per hour (our in house deejay rate)

Event Planner:

Assist client with finding venue, entertainment, caterer, and florist. Rates starting at $200.00 for Day-Of-Coordination

Rates differ for each staff member. We do charge by the hour, but we also work with budget and time issues. Please call us, our goal is to guarantee that you get the party you want.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Cash, Check, Credit Card or Pay Pal. We do require a deposit to secure your date and time. It is refundable within the time frame of your contract cancellation policy.
